You will usually receive your domestic standard orders in 1 to 3 working days ( JNE / J&T ). Some delays might occur on big days and holidays.
During peak seasons, please order early to allow time for processing and shipping so that the products can arrive in time.
Unfortunately, Norra Sportswear still has to work in a few things before entering the international market (especially EU as well as Southeast Asia).
We do not accept any refund unless it is the fault of our production team. You must return or hand over the products to us immediately and in any case no later than TWO days from the date on which you received our products. Please note that you bear the direct costs/shipping costs of returning the products. However, you might also have to pay for any loss in value of the products if this loss in value is due to your handling of the products that is not necessary to check the nature, properties and functionality of the products.
General Information
1) Please avoid damaging and contaminating the products. Please send the goods back to us in their original packaging with all accessories (stickers, hangtag, etc.) and all packaging components. If necessary, use a protective outer packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, please use suitable packaging to provide adequate protection against damage in transit.
2) The products must not have been worn, washed, or altered in any way.
3) Please do not send the goods back to us freight collect.
